Geely will make its UK dealer debut at this year’s Motor Trader Open Points Roadshow.
The event will be held on 17 May at Whittlebury Hall, near Silverstone in Northamptonshire.
The Chinese manufacturer, which debuts in the UK at the end of this year, plans to recruit up to 40 dealers ahead of launch.
Also attending Motor Trader’s annual dealer recruitment event are Seat, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Jeep, Subaru, Isuzu and the relaunched SsangYong.
Other Chinese brands confirmed for the show are Great Wall, who launches in the UK in March, and Longbridge-based MG Motors.
All the car brands exhibiting at this year’s roadshow are looking to expand their representation and will have their franchising teams on hand to discuss open point opportunities.
An added bonus of this event is that many of the exhibitors will also have a selection of their latest vehicles available to assess and test drive.
The event is free to attend and aimed at franchised dealer managers and owners, as well as independent bosses considering taking on a franchise.
