Snows gears up to open Seat and Volvo in Poole

The dealership will be based at the currently vacant Blandford Road site in Hamworthy and will joins the four Volvo and two Seat franchises held by Snows Motor Group in the Hampshire and Dorset area.

Snows Motor Group chairman Stephen Snow, who took over the role of chairman from his father Geoff two years ago, said: "We are delighted to be expanding our Volvo and Seat businesses into Poole.

"This is an exciting time for the Group and highlights our long-term strategy and commitment to provide quality franchised car dealerships across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset."

Thirteen franchises

Snows Motor Group has thirteen franchised dealerships representing brands including; BMW, Lexus, MINI, SEAT, Toyota and Volvo. Employing over 300 staff, it is ranked number 80 in the most recent Motor Trader Top 200 car dealers with a turnover of more than £127m.

In January 2007 Snows opened what was then described as the UK's largest Lexus dealership near Southampton.
