The Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF) is launching a new survey to find out what independent retailers think on the major issues impacting their businesses.
The RMIF Independent Service & Repair Garage Survey is claimed to be the first survey to assess the viewpoint of independent repairers on the industry as a whole. It said the survey, which will run twice yearly, will enable the RMIF to gain a clear picture of the inclination of the RMI's Independent Garage Association (IGA) members, and what further support and advice they require. The Survey is the latest in a series of sector-specific surveys run by the RMIF. RMIF director Sue Robinson said: "This survey will enable us to get an even clearer picture of the views of independent repairers. As the survey goes through the years we will be able to track changes, thereby fine-tuning our support of the industry."
