Marshall has restructured its management team and changed the way it runs its business.
The car dealer to aerospace group will be moving away from its traditional regional based structure to a franchise system, with new directors coming on board.
Four franchise directors have been announced, with a fifth place being filled on an interim basis.
Adrian Lewis has long experience of the retail motor industry, including multi-site and multi-franchise operations. He was also managing director of The Car Shop.
Chris Sheppard starting life in the aftersales, rising to become a brand director at Camden Retail before taking on the role of operations director at Polar Motor Group for the North London area and then starting his own Peugeot business in Leicestershire.
Mark Furniss has worked in the car and commercial vehicle sectors, most recently as finance director of Inchcape Fleet Solutions.
Neal Owen, ex-chief operating officer at Summit Auto Group and a divisional director at Lancaster.
The interim franchise director is Paul Atkinson who has been, for most of his career, a divisional director with Lancaster.
Marshall chief executive, Daksh Gupta said: "Whilst we are in challenging times, we are still seeing customers in our showrooms and workshops.
"We have a balanced business model with significant interests in the global aerospace and specialist vehicle engineering sectors as well as the retail motor industry.
We are also debt-free, with substantial resources and backing from our family shareholders, who are keen to invest in the development and growth of their businesses."
