Just Car Clinics posts strong profits

Monday, 06 March 2006
Independent collision repair chain Just Car Clinic has reported a rise of over 50 per cent in pre-tax profits to £692,000 in its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2005.

The company, which has 13 repair centres, said it had managed to achieve a satisfactory level of profitability within the majority of its locations. Chief executive Barry Whittles said: “We are in a good position to grow strongly and continue to seek acquisition opportunities as well as looking at potential green-field sites.” The firm said that trading in the first two months of 2006 was also in line with expectations.
