Seat appoints new aftersales boss

Griggs takes over from Gary Wells who has accepted a position with Volkswagen’s business in India and joins the Spanish brand from General Motors, where he held a number of aftersales roles.

Most recently he headed up Vauxhall’s aftersales operations team in the UK. Director of Seat UK Peter Wyhinny said: “Our efforts to improve customer service and satisfaction are already bearing dividends and I know Nigel will bring his considerable experience to bear on this crucially important area over the coming months.”
