SmartMail – an advanced eCRM product allowing dealers to email and SMS prospects and customers at exactly the right times and with the right messages. SmartMail extracts data directly from dealer management systems.

SmartCall – an advanced call tracking and recording system which emails and/or sends a text to the sales manager every time a call is missed or a voicemail message is left. SmartCall uses more customer friendly geographic numbers rather than 084X numbers.

SmartLeads – prospect data is acquired and emailed on behalf of participating dealerships with warm leads delivered back to the dealership for follow up, or into a telemarketing process for appointments to be made. Five million car drivers’ email addresses are available.
