Kia gears up to improve dealer relations
Wednesday, 16 July 2003
Kia Motors UK is "hoping to move up" in the next RMI dealer attitude survey after introducing moves to improve dealer relations.

MD Paul Williams insisted that the last poll in March, which came amid "painful" moves to transform Kia into a volume player, "could not have come at a worse time." But he added that Kia was getting its dealers more involved with the brand's overall strategy with a programme of visits to meet key personnel in Korea. He expected Kia would have around 150 UK retailers next year.
