Nineteen Ford dealerships have been named winners of Ford's prize for customer satisfaction – the 2002 Chairman's Award.

Harrison, Derby; Edwards Ford, Salisbury; OMC Ford, Oldham; Glenford, Forfar and Dunfermline Autocentre, Dunfermline.
