Next year's event, the biggest awards night in the motor retailing calendar, recognises best practices in 20 categories ranging from customer care and bodyshop to dealer group and dealer principal.

The entry process is in two stages with entrants initially asked simply to register their interest and supply a 100 word testimonial. We will then let you know if you have successfully gone through to the next round which involves a detailed submission and a visit from a roving judge who then reports back to the panel of judges. The awards ceremony is at London's Grosvenor House on 11 July.
