Kia goes green with vehicle disposals
Wednesday, 28 February 2007
Kia has confirmed an agreement with automotive dismantlers Autogreen to manage end of life vehicles.

The deal follows the EU wide legislation which came into force at the start of the year requiring the re-use and recovery of at least 85 per cent by average weight per end-of-life vehicle. In the UK, Kia has appointed Autogreen to allow customers access to a free and environmentally friendly method to dispose of their vehicles. Autogreen's network of authorised treatment facilities across the UK is controlled by a national call centre which directs Kia owners to their nearest automotive treatment facility.
