Shareholders and creditors in the club have unanimously backed a takeover bid led by the Wrexham dealer. The deal sees creditors receive 28p in every pound they are owed, which values the takeover at £3.25m. Dickens has vowed to plough all future profits back into the club and has already applied to extend the Racecourse stadium.
