All Ford drivers insured by Norwich Union will now have their vehicles sent to Ford Accident Repair Centres and repair work will be carried out using Ford genuine parts. John Cooper, director of Ford customer service division, said: "We are delighted to see Norwich Union using genuine parts for all Ford repairs and referring more Ford owners to our network.”
