The company operates two sites in Stratford-upon-Avon and has 43 employees. In the year ended 31 December 2003 it had turnover of £7.8m but reported a loss of £968,000. PricewaterhouseCoopers, the appointed administrators, said it would work with management to “evaluate the options” for the business.
