Skoda's turnaround in the UK has continued after the brand came second in the latest JD Power customer satisfaction survey – just one point behind prestige marque Lexus.
Toyota's premium brand topped the survey for the fifth consecutive year with a customer rating of 848 out of 1000 but Skoda stole second with 847 points and a “threateningly impressive improvement”, JD Power said. Honda was third with a 14-point increase from 2004 and 843 index points – Toyota and BMW were fourth and fifth respectively.
