The British International Motor Show will host twenty global car debuts this summer.
According to the event organisers, new model reveals are expected from carmakers including Ford, Vauxhall, Lotus and Bentley, beating the total of 13 at the 2006 event. The full list of global debuts will be published at the motor show, as some premieres are still to be officially announced by carmakers.
As well as over 20 world firsts, more than 30 additional vehicles will make their UK debuts.
“Ours is by far the biggest motoring event in the UK, and it is certainly the only place where the public will see so many genuine, high-calibre world firsts,” said Kirsty Perkinson, marketing director for the event.
“The UK is Europe’s third largest car market and the show offers manufacturers the perfect environment to present their brand new motoring metal to over half a million car buyers.”
