With less than four weeks to go before this year’s Motor Trader Awards there are now only a limited number of tables and places left for what is the biggest awards night in the retail motor industry calendar.
The event will be hosted by top impressionist Jon Culshaw, star of Dead Ringers, the hit TV show. Culshaw shot to fame for his impersonation of William Hague on Capital Radio which got him past the Downing Street switchboard and through to Tony Blair.
This year’s celebrations take place on 16 July at the Grosvenor House Hotel in the heart of London’s West End and will see honours presented across 22 categories.
The Motor Trader Awards, now in their 18th year, annually attract over 1,200 industry professionals and recognise and reward the top achievers across all dealer disciplines from the bodyshop and aftersales department to customer care, training and innovation.
This year sees the debut of three new categories which recognise the pivotal role played by service advisers, sales managers and dealer websites.
The judging process for this year’s awards is still under way with our roving judges visiting shortlisted entrants around the country.
Later this month they will report their findings to the main panel of judges when the final winners will be decided.
