BMW creates cloth car: First pictures

BMW has created a concept car that allows drivers to change its shape by simply pressing a button.

The frame of the GINA Light Visionary Model, based on the chassis of the Z8, is covered with an expansion-resistant textile stretched across a mesh of metal wires.

The car’s “skin” can be altered by the driver, who can choose aggressive-looking lines or more classic looks, depending on their mood.
