Honda has announced it is going to extend sales of its HondaJet to Europe at the beginning of next month.
The company said the move was in response to strong demand for the light aircraft since it first went on sale in 2006 in the US.  HondaJet hits the skies The jet has a maximum cruise speed of 483 mph with accommodation for five passengers and two crew in its executive configuration, which includes a lavatory.
“We are excited to initiate sales in Europe, where we have received a steady stream of inquiries from interested customers who will now have the opportunity to reserve delivery of a HondaJet,” said Michimasa Fujino, Honda Aircraft Company president and CEO.
