A few years sgo I purchased an 18 month old is200 it wasn't serviced before I took possetion and when I took it back to get a fault fixed it wasn't and had to take it back twice more but to no avail, each time I collected the car I found it had extra faults and as I became more dissatisfied with the after care took it else where to get the extra faults fixed, this went on for a good 18 months more until I had enough and sold it the fault and some extras still out standing. Therefore I can only conclude that if I ever had another Lexus the after sale care would not be part of the package and I would ask for a LARGE reduction in the price.
