Vertu Motors, the UK's tenth largest dealer group, has announced a new partnership with the fish4cars website.
The retailer will advertise all of its vehicles on the network of 220 local, regional and national newspaper and magazine websites. Group director of internet operations Peter Stewart said the deal offered Vertu an ideal method of advertising its stock online.
“This partnership will ensure buyers searching locally, regionally or nationally using the fish4cars database will be able to look in detail at our stock before choosing which vehicles to buy,” said Stewart.
Fish4cars said newspapers and magazines were no longer the first port of call for car buyers and dealers were increasingly using websites to advertise their stock.
The website claims it has four million unique users per month on its jobs, homes and cars websites with 120,000 vehicles listed for sale and more than 3.2m vehicles searches per month.
