McCall will hold responsibility for network and franchise representation, business development and the management and development of franchise and operating standards.

McCall was previously a regional manager with Lexus, having spent 12 years with the Toyota group in various positions. Previously, Lexus network development was covered by the group's operational or strategy and planning divisions. Due to the network's growth, it has developed a need for a function specific to network development. McCall said: “I am very much looking forward to providing the framework which will assist our network in improving profitability in an ever challenging commercial environment.”
