In total 21 parts were taken from a new Ford Focus and turned into musical instruments, including a clutch guitar, door harp, fender bass, transmission case cello and hatchback kick drum.
The video shoot took place in one of the car manufacturer's wind tunnels at its Technical Centre in Essex.
When Ford first showed me the original TV ad and the incredible instruments I immediately wanted to get involved, said Dixon.
They are amazing and so beautiful I still can't believe they are actually made from car parts and really work.
