Jemca Toyota has been named as the overall Business Centre of the Year of the carmaker's 102-strong retail network.

Dealers were judged throughout the year on criteria including customer service, product knowledge, and marketing activities.

Other winners included Benfield Toyota, which took the title of Best Commercial Vehicle Dealer, Pentagon Doncaster, which was presented with the Business Centre Knowledge Award and Pentagon Barnsley, which won the Excellence in Customer Care award.
