Reg Vardy CEO ups stake in company

Reg Vardy chief executive Sir Peter Vardy has upped his stake in the group to just over a quarter.
An announcement to the Stock Exchange revealed that Sir Peter now held 25.23 per cent of the dealer group, rated 2 in the Motor Trader Top 200, after taking 138,791 shares at 499.9p. Sir Peter's holding now stands at 14.4 million shares. HAVE YOUR SAY
