Rolls-Royce expands eastwards
Luxury brand opens new dealership in Ukraine

Rolls-Royce has opened its first dealership in Ukraine, signalling the luxury carmaker's intention to expand sales further in eastern Europe.

Graeme Grieve, sales and marketing director of Rolls-Royce, opened the showroom while unveiling the new Phantom Drophead Coupe, the latest addition to the Rolls-Royce model range.

Distribution will be handled by AWT Bavaria, a Rolls-Royce authorised dealer.

Eastern expansion

"The new facilities reflect the growing importance of the East European region to the continued development of Rolls-Royce,” said Grieve.

“AWT Bavaria is now perfectly positioned to provide a true Rolls-Royce service for our clientele in Ukraine, building on their many years of experience in the luxury car segment."

Rolls-Royce has a three-model line-up, as the new Drophead Coupé joins the Phantom and Phantom Extended Wheelbase.

The Phantom remains the best-selling super luxury car in the world and a coupe version of the Phantom range was recently confirmed for 2008.

A new smaller Rolls-Royce model, priced slightly below the Phantom, is set to be launched in 2010.
