The Academy covers areas such as sales, service and finance for dealership staff plus degree courses for dealer principals. The initiative is approved by the Institute of the Motor Industry and has the backing of Automotive Skills. Academy director Mike Wigmore emphasised: “The initiative shows our commitment to our dealers and their staff in providing them with the opportunity to significantly improve business performance.”
