Nationwide Autocentres has acquired two new service centres in Bristol and Bedfordshire.
In Bristol, the servicing chain acquired QAS located in Filton, a centre which includes Class 4 and Class 7 MoT stations. While in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, it acquired the assets of Fastfit.
Both businesses were purchased with undisclosed cash payments.
Duncan Wilkes, CEO of Nationwide said: “Our two new centres follow hot on the heels of the opening of our brand new centre in Gateshead.
“We have an ambitious expansion programme, aiming to reach at least the 230 centre mark over the next 12 months, cementing our place as the UK's leading independent MoT and service provider.”
The group is the only AA-approved service, MoT and car repair specialist in the UK.
