Rolls-Royce has opened the doors to a new showroom in Shanghai, China.
The luxury carmaker is attempting to carve a niche in the prestige sector of China's burgeoning new car market, which is already Rolls-Royce's third largest behind the USA and UK. Colin Kelly with the new dealership's management team Colin Kelly, Rolls-Royce regional director for the Asia Pacific region, said: “We are delighted to be here in Shanghai to open this new and larger showroom.
“It will cater for the increased demand for Rolls-Royce cars in the Shanghai area, which has grown steadily since we began our business here in 2003 in our earlier premises near the Bund Waterfront.”
Earlier this year Rolls-Royce opened a dealership in Beijing.
