Lexus has announced it is to launch a multi-million pound advertising campaign to promote its range of hybrid models during the final quarter of the year.
The £6m campaign will take a multi-media approach and include national TV, billboard, magazine and online advertising.
 Multi media: Campaign runs to the end of 2007 Lexus said the campaign would emphasise the engineering innovations that it claims have enabled it to build cars with better fuel efficiency and emissions levels than rival premium market brands. LS 600h launchThe range of hybrid models so far includes the RX 400h SUV, the GS 450h performance saloon and the LS 600h luxury flagship saloon.
The campaign coincides with the company's launch of its new flagship model, the LS 600h hybrid limousine.
This new model, launched in October, will be the world's first vehicle to feature a full hybrid V8 powertrain.
The television ads will air across six weeks from 17 September.
