Dealers should carry out a “health check” on their used car stock.
According to BCA secondhand vehicle portfolios should be re-assessed at the turn of the year in a bid to maximise profitability. Customer affairs director Tom Madden said: “With a plate change a few weeks away and the interest it stimulates in both new and used cars, dealers need to look at stock with a fresh pair of eyes.”
