A fifth of all MoT failures are due to worn or damaged chassis a new survey has claimed.
According to aftermarket company Federal Mogul, 20 per cent of cars that fail the MoT test do so because of damaged chassis parts. Federal Mogul said repairers and garages should be aware of the potential for sales growth as demand was set to rise.
