A motor retail park containing three dealerships is to be built on a prime site in Chester.
Chester City Council has appointed the investment and development company Barlows to redevelop the 7-acre site on Bumpers Lane that was formerly a cattle market. The three car sales outlets will cover 36,500 sq ft in total and sit alongside 12 trsde units covering 43,500 sq ft.
