STEVE Arstal has joined Lucas Oil Products UK as general manager for distribution at the Amlwch depot, in Anglesy, Wales. He joins from Leyland Trucks, bringing logistical and warehouse management skills developed over 15 years with the light-to-heavy vehicle manufacturer. HR Owen has appointed a new finance director. David Jagger, who had been with the firm for 15 years, stepped down from the position earlier this month. Michael Warren has been appointed to the board in place of Jaggar. Warren is a chartered accountant and has been financial controller of the prestige dealer group since 1993.
