Sytner named by Sunday Times as best dealer group to work for |

Sytner has become the first dealer group in the UK to win a place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For survey. ![]() The group's site in High Wycombe The car retailer came 95th in the listings following the results of an employee survey, which asked questions about job satisfaction, personal development, working environment and management style.
Gerard Nieuwenhuys, Styner group managing director said: “For everyone in the company, it is a real honour to be recognised in this way and to be benchmarked against other blue chip UK businesses.”
Make a differenceThe survey found that 72 per cent of Sytner employees did not feel under so much pressure that they could not concentrate on their work and 76 per cent felt the company is run on strong principles.
The Sunday Times study also found that three-quarters of employees felt they could make a difference to the group and 70 per cent believed their managers listened to them.
Three quarters of employees acknowledged that the company invested in their training and said their job was good for their personal growth.
