RMIF recruits new law firm

The RMIF has appointed European law firm Osborne Clark to provide it with legal support ahead of the negotiations over the new block exemption regulations.
The regulations are set for renewal in 2010 and the trade body is keen to ensure the automotive retail sector has its say in the new legislation. The next BER is likely to have a huge impact, so it is vital that we cover all bases and make sure that we make the best possible outcome for the industry, said Sue Robinson, director of the RMIF's National Franchised Dealer Association. With this in mind we have invited Osborne Clarke to assist us, so that the legal ramifications are fully considered. HAVE YOUR SAY
