| Toyota GB dealers among Europe's best |

Toyota GB dealers have been named among the best in Europe at the Japanese carmaker's awards ceremony in Venice.  Four UK-based dealers have won the Toyota Ichiban customer service award for 2007, beating car retailers from across the continent.
The winners included Border Toyota of St Boswells, Minories Toyota from Wearside and two Ron Brooks dealerships in Ilkeston and Mansfield.
Customer satisfactionThe dealers were judged on the results of a customer satisfaction survey that was introduced by Toyota last year.
“Our goal is to achieve complete customer satisfaction with a number one ranking in every European market by 2010,” said Andrea Formica, senior vice-president for sales, marketing and aftersales, Toyota Motor Europe.
The awards considered dealer performance in both car sales and aftersales.

I became owner of to... I became owner of toyota hilux brand new buyed from INCHCAPE MOTORS ROMANIA,and 3 months ago,i ordered another toyota.i this 3 monthsi have BIG problems with the hilux,and also very very big problems with the costumers services from INCHCAPE MOTORS -BUCHAREST.Because this company,i want to cancel the order for the second toyota.The employess from INCHCAPE MOTORS BUCHAREST are incompetent and is a shame for brand TOYOTA.Regards Catalin Popescu |
