HR Owen appoints new director

David Jagger, who has been with the company for the last fifteen years, will step down from the position with effect from 1 May this year. Michael Warren has been appointed to the board in place of Jaggar. Warren is a chartered accountant and has been financial controller of the prestige dealer group since 1993. A statement from the group said: “The board would like to thank Mr Jaggar for the invaluable contribution he has made to the company over the last 15 years and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.”
