Chester-based Approved Car Finance has opened a new branch in Livingstone, Scotland, creating 14 new jobs. ![]() The group specialises in providing finance packages and vehicles to customers with poor or no credit history.
Gary Hawkins, Managing Director of ACF, said: "Acquiring a poor credit history can happen to anybody. Any of a number of circumstances can mean it becomes difficult to get a loan.''
He went on to insist that cars and the credit to buy them are “crucial to living a normal life”.
ACF now has nine sites across the UK, including Leeds, Manchester and Bristol.
It claims to sell over 8,000 cars annually, employing more than 150 people.
