Lexus car dealers are Britain's best

Lexus has the best car dealers in the UK.
The luxury brand has topped the latest Auto Express survey rating the country's best and worst car retailers. It is the fifth year in a row that Lexus has come first after its dealers were commended for their customer service and level of technical knowledge. Honda was ranked second over all, followed by Skoda, Toyota and Subaru as the top five networks. Alfa Romeo dealers were ranked as the worst in the UK, coming bottom out of the 32 brands surveyed. Fiat dealers were ranked at the next worst with Renault, Smart and Peugeot completing the bottom five worst dealer networks. I have found the Lexus care to be very poor. I pay lexus £800 per year for extended warranty yet they can't be bothered to service the car or fix the problems that I report to them. I am disgusted by my experience of Lexus.
