Now in its third year Dealer Drive, sponsored by Experian, will be held at the Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire on 24 May. Following a product led rejuvenation, Fiat turned around its sales last year and became one of the fastest growing automotive brands in the UK. Year-end UK sales totaled 58,831 units – up by over 64 per cent year-on-year – in a market down by 3.9 per cent over the same period. Fiat currently has 160 dealers and is looking to fill a further 30 open points at various locations across the UK.

The company is targeting all types of potential dealers – either solus or multi-franchise, which have suitable outlets. Fiat will be showcasing several models at Motor Trader Dealer Drive and prospective new dealers will be able to test the widely acclaimed Panda city car, the award-winning Grande Punto supermini, Doblò MPV range and new Sedici 4WD compact SUV.

Members of the Fiat brand's franchising team will be on hand at the show to discuss business opportunities and forthcoming models. The new Bravo is due to go on sale in the UK this summer and the all-new Fiat 500 is due here in January 2008. Entrance is free to qualifying managers.
