Toyota has appointed Jon Williams as its new commercial director.
He joins the company from Toyota Motor Marketing Europe in Brussels, where he has worked for the past four years. His experience also extends to a stint as marketing director for promoting the brand across Europe. Prior to joining Toyota, Williams spent over a decade at Ford, working in sales, marketing and aftersales in the UK.
Williams takes up the position immediately as the brand launches the Auris. Williams replaces Paul Philpott who left Toyota to head up Kia's UK business.
