Josh Caswell (pictured with service manager Andy Ford) has only just turned 16 but he has already been taken on as an apprentice by the dealer group. Following a work experience placement from school, Caswell was taken on full time last month after he had completed his GCSEs. “I've always had my heart set on working with cars, so to get this opportunity is fantastic,” he said.
