Mazda Motors is running a six-day programme aimed at helping the manufacturer's 30 most senior executives to boost their corporate performance.
Designed by executive education providers Roffey Park, the programme features modules on strategic leadership, developing individual performance and leading through personal effectiveness. Each module lasts two days and is delivered at Roffey Park's learning centre in Horsham, West Sussex.
HR manager at Mazda Motors, Jemma MacLean, said the programme aimed to help each person develop their own leadership style and use strategic tools to improve their performance and that of others.
The first module was run in July, with the second one coming up in October and the third one scheduled for January next year.
MacLean said feedback from the first module had been very positive. It has opened people's eyes to new ways that they can benefit the business.
