Delegates in Derby, Slough and Glasgow assembled to see the AudaEnterprise package, which has been taken on by 1,200 users since its launch in September last year.
The growing popularity of the system follows a glitch last December during which technicians were called to rectify a slowing up of communications.
Audatex moved to reassure users after the problem, highlighting that it had been quickly identified and put right after computer experts worked through the night.
A web-based multi-user system, AudaEnterprise replaces the outgoing and less sophisticated AudaWorkstation, which is being discontinued in the final quarter of 2006.
Audatex said the new package made the estimating process faster and more efficient, removing dial up connections and enabling workflow to be managed more effectively.
Using the company's manufacturers' times database, the system has 470 car and van models and provides data to help bodyshops compile more accurate estimates.
Audatex UK managing director Paul Tucker, said: The feedback has been excellent.
