A WEALTH OF NEW wheel balancing kit was unveiled at the Aftermarket Show.
The Supertracker Balatron 221 is aimed at small garages wanting to provide a basic service to their customers – instead of having to redirect them to rival outlets.
The Balatron 325 Eclipse is equipped with a heavy-duty shaft capable of taking wheels of up to 90kg. The kit can take larger tyres and rims and offers better access to the inside of the rim.
Supertracker's Infratech digital alignment systems were also shown at the exhibition. Models on display included the Dualtronic, designed for entry-level requirements plus the Trax and the Iris for businesses with more advanced needs.
Company director Trevor Lovsey claimed that the equipment could cover all applications including cars, motorcycles and light commercials plus heavy trucks and buses.
